Product Introduction
The system is used in the crystal inspection process in the production of semiconductor crystal growth, and realizes the automation of the whole process of automatic loading and unloading of the truncation/rolling process, automatic crystal inspection, cache storage, palletizing and packaging, etc.
The automatic transfer part includes: crystal carrying truss system, automatic loading and unloading equipment of cut-off machine and rolling mill, circulation sorting conveyor line, temperature recovery buffer library, and finished crystal library.
The crystal inspection part includes: appearance inspection station, weighing testing station, geometric parameter testing station, resistivity P/N type testing station, low birth life testing station, and laser engraving workstation.
The system is compatible with 4 to 12 inch hair rods/rolling rods for collinear inspection, and can flexibly customize the inspection scheme according to user needs, realize highly flexible automatic production, and comprehensively improve inspection efficiency.
