This equipment is a four-probe resistivity detection and sorting equipment for cutting and grinding wafers in the semiconductor polishing wafer production line, which can realize the automatic detection and sorting of resistivity, thickness, and P/N type of multiple specifications of wafers.
The resistivity detection can be customized by the user, and each detection module can be operated independently to meet the complex and diverse sorting needs in the production process. In addition, the equipment can be connected to systems such as EAP to achieve automatic data synchronization.
