Product Introduction
The device can realize automatic cartoning after wafer sorting. The silicon wafers are automatically loaded, regularized, stacked on the upper and lower surfaces, plastic film, signed, labeled, and unloaded, and then sent to the packaging area through the blanking conveyor line.

Multi-specification compatibility: compatible with M10-G12 multi-specification, whole and half wafer processing capabilities; MES data interconnection: Interconnection with MES data, real-time tracking of operating wafer information;
Integrated sampling inspection: automatic sampling inspection without stopping the machine, manual sampling of silicon wafers before boxing;
Automatic loading and unloading: Automatic loading and unloading docking with the sorting machine, and automatic unloading with the conveyor line;
By configuring the sorting machine unloading and transmitting mechanism, 2 sorting machines can be connected to 1 cartoning machine to improve equipment utilization.
