Intelligent warehousing system is an intelligent system composed of three-dimensional shelves, tracked stacker cranes, inbound and outbound conveying system, automatic control system and other auxiliary equipment. The system utilizes the integrated logistics concept, adopts advanced control, bus, communication and information technology, and coordinates the actions of various types of equipment to carry out in and out of storage operations.
This equipment is used for product conveying, including roller conveyors, chain machines, jacking transplanters, elevators, RGVs, etc.
This equipment is the automatic loading and unloading equipment developed and manufactured for the core equipment of PV slicing factory line cutter, including the wafer loading RGV, single crystal conveying line, loading cache, unloading cache, loading and unloading robots, line cut unloading conveying line, unloading RGV, unloading elevator, etc. It replaces the manual loading and unloading mode of operation, and realizes the automation connection with the former rod gluing process and the latter deglossing process with digitized and informationized management and control.
Used for automated transportation between process sections in the gray zone of photovoltaic or semiconductor monocrystalline silicon rods, the equipment is custom-designed to interconnect with the plant's MES via a WIFI or 5G network to enable intelligent dispatches.
