Re-loading filling machine contains re-loading filling machine, robot automatic loading and dumping module, double-layer connecting position, re-loading line side of the warehouse and other parts, can realize the single formula of four kinds of materials with different weight of the combination of filling, can be docked 150KG, 140KG re-loading cylinders, the use of vertical filling form, to improve the filling environment while improving the efficiency of the filling.

Adopting robot to grab the material box and open the cap automatically for filling, improving the manual working environment;
Adopting upright filling to improve the filling efficiency;
It can be interconnected with AGV system to realize automatic pulling and feeding;
Interconnect with MES system to realize the uploading of filling data, and the data can be traced back to the box number.
