Crucible loading integrated machine includes crucible charging module, crucible handling module, lid opening module, double-layer connecting position, crucible wire edge library and other parts, which can realize the crucible charging operation for up to four kinds of silicon materials with different weights, and is compatible with up to 40-inch crucibles, which reduces the intensity of manual operation and improves the charging environment.

Crucible wire-side storehouse can realize the preparation of materials in advance and adopt palletizer to enter and exit the storehouse automatically;
Double-layer butt joint line body adopts double-station design, one for use and one for preparation, saving the time of changing materials;
Adopting robot to grab the material box to open the lid and load the material automatically, improving the manual working environment;
It can automatically remove the outer package of crucible and automatically carry the crucible to the charging platform;
It can realize automatic loading of quartz crucible and interface with AGV system to realize automatic pulling and feeding;
It can be interconnected with MES system to realize charging data uploading, and the data can be traced back to the material box number and crucible number.
